Good weekend!! Didn't follow the plan exactly, but I don't think I've done too bad.
Saturday-
B-jc banana nut cereal
L-jc chicken fajitas
D-2 slices of pizza...one normal, one small...pretty greasy..
Water-80 oz
Exercise-none....(I was totally exhausted....fell asleep on the couch for an hour!
)
Today (Sunday)
B-Kashi GoLean Crunch....this stuff is pretty good!
L-jc meatball sandwich
D- skipped...I had a photo shoot and didn't have time to eat.
S-jc choclate graham twists,
S-jc lemon cake
Water-60 oz.....20 oz diet coke...(I ran out of water at the shoot)
Exercise-2 mile walk w/ dh before the shoot....plus 60 minutes of set up...up and down an 8 ft ladder, hauling heavy equipment..etc, etc.
I'm a little tired tonight....gonna shower and head to bed.
