After a week at the BW we decided to extend our stay so we could go to MNSSHP. Just about an hour after check in one of our family members came down with a horrible case of food poisoning.
Maria did everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Extra blankets, pillows, garbage cans, plastic bags, Lysol.....you name it.
She also called the room to make sure recovery was happening.
She extended a special surprise for the rest of the family which was so much appreciated.
Finally we extended because of the food poisoning and ensured we wouldn't have to move villas which was so appreciated!
Thank you Maria for making things as good as they could be.
