After many emails between Patina Group and Disney, I was finally informed that as of today (2/15) dining reservations are available thru August 14 in the Disney ADR system.
You MUST CALL (407) WDW-DINE. If it appears to be unavailable, have the CM select anytime mine chose 4pm. Once she did that, she was able to modify it and get all times available.
Also as of today, they are accepting the DDP.
