Margaritaville Maker

Does anyone have one of these? Do they make yummy margaritas? As good as at the restaurants?

I am looking for one that re-creates the the kind in the restaurants. I am willing to spend the money if they are worth the price.

Would love to hear from people who have one or have tried them. Want ot hear the good and bad.

Yes we have one. It is fantastic and all the others we bought trying to get that professional margarita, smoothie, milk shake, daiquiri - did not hold a candle to this machine. It is THE best and we all love it and use it daily. well worth the price. I'm now looking at this one...

My parents just bought us one for our anniversary -- I wouldn't have bought it for myself, but it's nice to have. It makes really great margaritas, but also smoothies and slushies. I've been working on the right mix of ice to liquid for diet coke slushies and also frappucinos -- taking a while!

We had a generic blender we got when we were married -- I'm much more impressed with this one.

It does take up space on the counter, though -- and our model is too tall to fit under the cabinets, so keep that in mind. as you're considering.

I was going to get one, but it's too big for my shelves. A co-worder told me about the Ninja and that's small enough to fit in my shelving and does just as good a job, and, the best part is you don have to use the big container - it comes with a little container and blades for it. For about $38 on Amazon!

I too have one and love it.............have never found one that made such great slushie drinks ever, so well worth the price to me. Ours gets a huge work out at pool parties and we use it in the house for smooties and non alcoholic slushies as well............
