Yes, but they're the worst margaritas I've ever had, yuck! I think I've tried them 5-6 times just because I can't believe how bad they are :P

The best at Disney that I've had are over at Maya Grill, they're made with fresh squeezed lime there.

Holy cow, no way!! I am so there in May!! I'll just sit there while everyone walks around! :drinking1

I believe the margarita stand is located just outside and across the esplanade from San Angel Inn in Mexico. I have not tried their margaritas, though I have tried one in SAI. . .and it was awful. It seemed to be almost nothing but mix ("No real lime was harmed in the making of this drink") and very little alcohol. It was terribly sweet, and I couldn't bear to finish it despite my thirst from the oppressive heat outside. I can honestly say it was the worst margarita I've ever had. All of that may have no bearing on your question, but I thought it worthwhile to mention. paw:

This is exactly it, waaaaay too sweet and tasting entirely of a terribly cheap mix. Whenever I have tried them, the first thing I wonder is, "can't Disney afford at least a better mix?"

Better yet, can't they afford real limes or at least frozen lime juice with a healthy dose of tequila? :stir: paw: I guess I'll have to try the Maya Grill next time! Thanks for the tip, Forever42!

Welcome :) I adore margaritas, and the classico over at Maya Grill is perfect - not too sweet, a nice light tart bite, and just the right amount of tequila.

Do yourself a favor and take a field trip "off-campus" to Margaritaville. Boat drinks to 'ritas, the Head Parrot would never allow substandard frosty adult beverages. The Cheeseburgers in Paradise (and most other food) there are darn tasty, too.
Wasted away again,

OH...I love this place! The last time I was there (after a few margaritas) I found myself singing Buffet songs out loud in the bathroom. I hope I was alone in there! :confused3

HA HA HA HA HA :rotfl2:

If you don't mind the trek to Coronado Springs but don't especially want to eat at Maya Grill, the margaritas at Francisco's, the Coronado Springs lounge, are also very good. Much better than what you'll find in Epcot. :)

There is another margarita stand if you pass up San Angel it will be on your left. I thought it was o.k., (especially with two fighting kids :goodvibes ). I got the lime with a strawberry swirl, not to bad.

The margaritas in Mexico are frozen and quite alot like frozen wine cooler margaritas. I personally love them but alot of people don't seem to call them margaritas. I don't like margaritas over ice as some "true" margarita drinkers do. the margarita booth at Epcot has moved from where it was to across the walkway on the same side as the Mexico pavillion. I haven't seen it where it is yet but will see it in April.
I have had the margarita at Coronodo and they are over ice. Very strong. I had one and couldn't walk straight.
I do like the frozen ones at Jimmy buffet. I guess they are the "ideal" margaritas.
If you are at MGM you can get a frozen margarita that is more tart than the ones at Epcot over at the Backlot area. I love the stoplight, but the gold margarita is alot like a bar margarita, very strong and tart.
I prefer sweet drinks to tart or sour, so the margaritas at Mexico are my favorite drink in Epcot. Peggie

You can get a frozen margarita at the bar at Coronado Springs also. I had one last month. It was good.

I made the mistake and hit Pat O's after for a huricanne! I was done after that!

Ack, maybe not! LOL :rotfl:

Ditto! I thought they were the worse margaritas I've ever had. They had so much salt not just on the rim but the whole drink tasted like salt. It was terrible. Go to Downtown Disney and there is a Margarita Bar right near the Rainforest....those were 100 times better!

To each his own. I love the Margaritas at the Cantina San Angel. My trip to Epcot is not complete without one. :thumbsup2
