Mardi Gras Question

Is the environment suitable for kids? We'd love to see the parade and experience Cajun cuisine, but we will have our 14 and 7 year old boys with us.

My son is 6 now and this will be his second year at Mardi Gras this weekend. He loves the parade and beads.

Sure...I think most ages would enjoy the parade and trying to get beads. The concert performers would be questionable sometimes. I know when Kid Rock was here a few years ago, he played an "R" rated concert and a lot of people were upset with him.

I guess he won't be back anytime soon.
