Mardi Gras question

This year was the first time I'd been to Universal when Mardi Gras was on. It was fantastic!

I'm there next year too and can't wait.

My question is, how do you get on the floats to through beads? Or can you get on them?

That has changed throughout the years. Last year it was available pretty much to only guests who had stayed onsite at one of the hotels. They also had some Annual Passholders available to stay on it, but thats about it.

We are AP holders and went to a couple of the Madri Gras events, I am going to call on Monday to find out about this, my kids and my dh and myself would be estatic to do this!

We aren't AP holders so we wont be doing this next year. We will be trying to catch as many as possible though

I would think that because Mardi Gras is still over 7 months away, they wouldnt know the answer to that question. However they will be able to tell you what they did for this past Mardi Gras.
