When does Amazing Pictures post the special for Mardi Gras? I want to buy the PhotoPass but don’t want to pay $140 for the AP pass if it’s going to go down soon.

Wait as long as you can for the promo to pop up. You can buy / use the photo package immediately, as long as you can print out the e-mail. No benefit to buying it early at full price.
