We will be coming into the Orlando area (driving) on Saturday 4/7 morning and think we may like to do the After 5pm Mardi Gras ticket in hopes of seeing Chris Daughtry (we know we will not be seeing the parade so we can see him!)

My question is should I get the Express Pass they are offering for $10 each? We have 2 adults and 2 kids and dont have alot of time obviously so would these help us at that point of the evening and that day? I am thinking yes but its been about a year since we have been to Universal

thanks!

If they are selling an express pass for $10 that gives you 5 hours of park time during busy spring break and Daughtry, YES I sure would. I wonder if that could possibly sell out that night. He has become huge. If you do go have a wonderful time and I'm jealous! I would love to see him.

Mmmmmmmm. Daughtry.

How many rides will the $10 pass give you? The park is going to be absolutely packed. You will need all the help you can get.

I was under the impression that the pass they are selling along with the Mardi Gras After 5 ticket (you have to buy them at the same time) is for all the rides that have it but of course one time on each ride..I didnt see anything different

My daughters are already talking about making a poster, geez we have to go!

You don't need to miss the parade to see Daughtry. The concert won't start until the parade passes in front of the area by the stage. So if you see the parade by where it starts By Fear Factor you can catch your beads and see the parade and then rush over to the stage so since you're one of the first to see the parade and most other people are standing waiting for it you can get pretty close to the stage,at least that's what I did last week!!!

I'm just worried with him being there and being pretty popular that it will be packed very early. We are thinking we need to get a spot at least an hour ahead of time. My girls want to be be able to see him

From what I saw last week for the Temptations, there were people staking out spaces up front like 2 -3 hours before the concert,so unless you want to do that you might as well see the parade.I also noticed that unless you were up front and without nobody in front of you and are not at least 6 feet tall in height, people are so bunched up you can't really see much. They do have a monitor so you can see the artists, but later we noticed if we stepped back some you could see the artist on the stage much better than being closer to the front bunched up!!
