Mardi Gras Decoration take down?

Does anyone know when they take down the Mardi Gras decorations? I know they have the actual Mardi Gras festivities listed for Monday, 2/20. We'll be there Friday the 24th and I thought maybe I could get some pictures if they were still up. Any thoughts?? Thanks in advance!

I too would like to know this since I will be there that week as well and would love to see the characters dressed up. And hey I am from your area as well and will be there the same week!!

Just bumping to see if anyone knows. We will be there Thursday (two days after Mardi Gras) and Friday and Saturday. Hoping to see some fun character outfits! Anyone know info on this?

Mardi Gras is Tuesday (Mardi Gras=Fat Tuesday). Anyone else think it's weird that Mardi Gras celebrations would be on a Monday?????

You know, I am starting to think I read the date wrong, or it was written wrong. I remember seeing Monday the 21st, but I know Tuesday is the 21st, so maybe it was an error. Because you are right, that would be weird. So I would imagine the festivities are indeed Tuesday.
