Marching life size "toy soldiers" in MGM?

Several years ago I remember seeing a group of folks dressed up as those green army guys marching through MGM. Is this still done and is it done on a schedule? My 3 year old would very much like to catch this if they still have it.

Any info appreciated!

They were still there when we were there last June. They are great! Very funny!

They were there last year when we went as well. I don't know if there's a schedule or not, though. They were very cute, we got some pictures and an autograph!

Those guys are HOT. Literally - all that green makeup!!!! I love to see them.

They were there when we went last October. Infact the Green Soldiers organised the lines for the shuttle buses to take everyone from the car park to the front of MGM. Yes they were really funny.

Their green army man van they ride around it is going to become a van for the Power Rangers when they start appearing at MGM. So, hopefully they won't get rid of the green army men.

If my memory is correct, I think they also appear in the parade at MGM along with some of the other Toy Story gang.

Yep, everyday at scheduled times the Little Green Army Men "recruit" new members in front of the Sorcerer's Hat. It is a lot of fun for the kids and quite amusing for the adults.

We saw them in December when they lined up the kids and ran them through a series of drills...it was really funny!!

You can always ask a CM or go to Guest Relations and ask them what time the Green Army are scheduled to appear. They are always very helpful!

They were there yesterday, Tuesday, March 1, in the afternoon parade.

Thanks to everyone for the replies! I'm glad to hear they are still there - I'll just have to figure out when to find them. We didn't plan to be there for the parade (that is his nap time).

Power rangers are coming to MGM too? I hadn't heard that was a go. He would be just as excited to see them (or perhaps even more).

Army men were there last month when we were there. They do a really cute show and have the kids come help them. My youngest did it and I have it all on tape. Too fun!

Ahhh the green army men!!!!

My son is a huge toy story fan... after coming out of playhouse disney, we happened to be in the right place at the right time...
here came the green army men!

The kids got to go up and go through a bunch of "drills and excersises". It was too cute! Got some great pics!

Don't know if they always appear by the Sorcerer's hat at the same time, but we saw them around the Hat just before 11AM.

And, if seeing the Green Army Men really makes you nostalgic for your past childhood toys, I think the toy store at MGM sells the "Bucket O' Soldiers"
