Hi there, we are taking our three daughters (10,8,4 years old) to DL and DCA from March 14-18. We have purchased a 5 day hopper and have a couple questions about sorting out where to go on which days.

I guess before I booked, because I didn't know much about Disneyland, I booked BBB for the girls at 11:30am on the same day that I have WOC dessert party booked at 9pm. Do you think this will greatly impact our plans for the day as far as moving from one park to the other?

We plan on using Ridemax to sort out our days while at the parks.

We arrive on Wednesday and may not get into the parks until about 11:30. We are planning to go to DCA, to take advantage of lunch at the F&W for lunch and then hit a few rides until about 4:30, so that we can check in to VGC (DVC members). According to ridemax, it's better not to go to the parks on a day that there is MM of EMH, so Thursday we would spend part of the morning at DCA, starting at rope drop and then head over to DL for BBB at 11:30. Then have lunch at DL and head back to DCA until we have to line up for WOC dessert party at 6:45 (do we really have to line up that early for a 9pm show?!). The other option would be to stay at DL until we have to head back to DL.

Friday we would do DL at rope drop and spend most of the day there I would think. Saturday night we have BB Fantasmic package booked and I'm not sure what time we would enter the parks on that day depending on how everyone is feeling.

On Sunday afternoon we have a culinary demonstration booked at 4:30 as my older girls love watching cooking shows and cooking themselves. So Sunday we would most likely hit a couple rides at DCA.

Hopefully the weather warms up so that we can also spend some pool time at GC. We are from Toronto so the girls will want to swim at anything above 70 I would think!

Anyhow, I guess what we are looking for is for those people that are experienced in having done similar trips and what you think about our plans and any advice or additional info would be most welcome.

Thank you for reading!

You will have no issue parkhopping for you’re reservation and then BBB.

Check out Disneyland daily facebook or web site. They have free suggested plans. She actually says it’s fine to start in the park that has MM/EMH. I don’t pay attention to that anymore. Just like so many people head to peter Pan in the am it’s pointless.
