That should be 30 minutes a day for the rest of the month. I will probably end up doing an hour every other day, though.
I just finished my third Princess Half Marathon, so I am going to try anything to keep running and not have that lull that happens before it is time to train for 2015!
We walked outside last night. Should have been around ~50, but instead it was snow and ice covered and the low 20s. Brrrr. Got to warm up sooner or later right?

Lots of walking and then 10 minutes in my living room doing crunches and a few arm exercises! Tomorrow or on Thursday I will restart a little bit of running!! Yeah!
Okay, I'm REALLY in this time! I can honestly say this time that I'm caught up enough that I can play on the DIS again. (Thank goodness!)

Ok, I'm in too- little different for me this month though. I'm aiming for 700. This month I'm starting Jillian michaels 90 day body revolution and cutting back my running mileage. I actually started last Saturday, right on mar 1, but then i was struck down with strep throat and a fever so I'm going to try to start all over again next week.
