March crowds (and weather?) at WDW

Hi everyone! Just booked WDW for 2nd March-16th March 2015, and I'm buzzing from excitement even though I know I've got a while before I can start ADRs and stuff.

Anyway- I'm sure some of you must have an idea of what crowds are generally like in early March. Weather too?

Also, does anyone know when I'll be able to sort out Magic Band and fastpass+ stuff, is the 180 days before?

Hi! It will be very busy in march, usually colleges have spring breaks early in the month, this year it was packed. It was very nice weather early march this year, some rain, but not bad. 180 for adr, FP is 60 days if you are staying on site. Our magic bands came about 30 days before our trip this last time. Weather in March can vary wildly.

We went in March 13. We had days we could swim and we had days where the morning was below freezing, and the afternoons still required sweatshirts, gloves and hats, over the course of 10 days. The cold was extreme for FL but point is, it can and does happen and there is no way to know in advance, unless your trip is only 3 days, what the weather will be while you are there. The freezing temps we had were not in the forecast when we left home. We had to buy hats and gloves while there. Disney brought out the black knit ones given to CM's and sold for a pretty reasonable price.
