Any idea when JetBlue is posting their flight schedule and pricing for March Break?

Any idea when JetBlue is posting their flight schedule and pricing for March Break?

Hey there, you are back on the bandwagon looking with me as well! I actually cracked tonight, I was waiting and waiting for Jetblue. We were going the March Break and the week before or the after. It didn't matter to us! There was a Southwest flight that kept staring me in the face on the 3rd of March, and I kept thinking about it, drove my hubby crazy about and finally booked a Non stop for $120. Have never flown Southwest, but decided to try and hope for the best. At least there are no change fees. It could end up being my flight home possibly! Who knows!
Good luck!

Glad i'm not the only one!
We couldn't wait for Jet Blue anymore, not knowing how expensive they were going to be, especially with really good SW prices staring us in the face! So we broke and booked SW. Also $120 nonstop. Better than our Jetblue last year.

If you've not done SW before you know about the open seating right? We spent the $10 and booked early check-in to hopefully get an earlier boarding number and be able to sit together. Worth considering.

We have never done SW before, I didn't pay for the EBCI last night, but I probably will go back in and add it, after talking last night, we will probably be on the road driving the 6.5 hours to catch our flight at the 24 hour mark. I wasn't sure how worried I was with my girls being 13 & 11 when we fly next year, and I have 3 adults going with us. But that being said I have always paid for seating.
Did you book one way? and are waiting for the return as well? When I broke down the actual fee for the tickets without the tax, I would always think a $100 was good for a flight! So I did it!

I agree $120 with tax in is a great price. Or one we're really happy with! That's it with flight prices - you just have to know what you're happy to pay and grab them when you see them at that price! For us if we can all get there and back for under $1000 we're happy.:)

We just managed to get the return in as we're back on the 8th. $120 too. All good :goodvibes

You should be fine with girls 11 and 13. My 13 year old will be more than happy to sit without us or her little sister! As long as one of us can sit with the younger it'll be fine. I probably would be fine without the EBCI but like you we'll be travelling at the 24 hr. mark. Just one thing less to worry about :)

Glad we jumped ship and went with SW! Jetblue flights for our schedule turned out to be $1100 more than SW! Saving that much I don't even care if we can't sit together! :goodvibes

I am still patiently waiting for my flight home! I have only booked one way! We fly down on SW on March 2nd, looked at Jetblue for the 14th or 15th, and unless they come down from $220 or $240 I will be hoping for a better price on SW when they release in August!

we have flown with southwest most of our trips down to orlando, once with jet blue, jet blue prices are really high! No problems at all with southwest, we have paid for the early checkin as it just made it all the more stressfree, well worth the extra few dollars. I do like jet blue especially the fact they have the tv onboard but southwest prices win out over that! Took a portable dvd player whenever we fly with southwest so it really isnt that big of an issue. This trip we are booked on airtran, will be a first time using this airline , prices we got for our march break trip were worth the chance at using them and hopeing we have no issues!:thumbsup2

I have flown airtran many of times to Orlando from Buffalo and never encountered a problem at all, when they release flights for my dates home, I will be watching them as well!

Good to hear! We are flying Airtran for the first time in December (it was the only airline out of Buffalo with whom we could get a semi-reasonable fare at Christmas on our planned departure date) . Jetblue and Southwest were going to cost us hundreds more, and the budget just wouldn't allow for that....so Airtran it was.

Glad to get the positive Airtran feedback.....it helps us relax a little!

I can't figure out where you are finding such low flights? I'm looking for March Break (7-17) but will shave days if needed. I've seen nothing less than 450ea! I need to flight out of Ottawa, Montreal or Syracusse. Found the Airtransat direct out of Ottawa thurs to thurs for 335 but that really shortens our trip.

Just flew Southwest from Buffalo to Orlando and back and they were great.

Timing seems to be everything. We booked our one-way tickets from Buffalo to Orlando for December 23rd earlier this month @ $170 pp (which we thought was high). Same flights are at $411 pp this morning :scared: . And remember that's only one direction.....our flights home are with Jetblue and were booked at $205 pp (now at $240 pp). And those increases are within the last 2 weeks alone.

So thankful we booked when we did. You almost have to be ready to purchase whenever you find a price you can live with.

Checkout flights from Plattsburgh NY and Burlington VT. There are very sweet deals. We got round trip tickets from BVT to MCO for 220$us, round trip, all taxes incl. Flying with Delta, only 1 stop in NYC.
