*March 'Beach Bod' Dieting Thread*

Hi everyone, I'm Vikki, hoping I can join in on your thread.

I'm going back to WDW in August, but hoping to lose some weight before then. I want to lose half a stone, which I put on in February eating out a lot.
I'm off out tonight for our Christmas staff meal (very late, I know!:laughing:) so I don't hold much hope for today, but I do have a mini goal of 2lbs lost by next Friday.

I work in a restaurant which is the worst demon for me, as food is available at any time and it's free.. :(

I go to WDW in 7 weeks,

originally at New Year I wanted to lose 2 and a half stones for this hol (a tad ambitious... haha)

and so far I've lost 10 pounds, I'm hoping to ready knuckle down for the next 7 weeks and although I clearly wont reach my original goal anything will be better than what I weigh now!

I'm always really good for several days then have a day or two of bingeing and end up heavier over-all. I need to save my bingeing for WDW now!

It doesn't help that it's DD's birthday early next week and we're having family round tomorrow .. so lots of party food, plus we're going out to TGI Friday's on Sunday for a joint birthday/Mother's Day meal

I am surprised to find I have lost a 1lb this week so makes 11lbs in total so far and the longest I have stuck at healthy eating for a long time :goodvibes

my secret weapon is the ww eating out guide, its been fab for choosing better options but still having a good time :thumbsup2

I had a sts this week was sooooo disappointed when I didnt have a loss :sad2:

BUT it wasn't a gain, and with all the positive vibes around here fingers crossed I loose that 1lb this week and get my first silver 7!!

Keep up the good work everyone will be worth it :yay:, love hearing all the weekly news :)

:hug: I know how you feel, I was disappointed to STS last week too, yet it is still an achievement to maintain your weight ::yes:: Good luck at reaching your silver award at your next weigh-in :wizard:
 
For once I am chuffed to bits to have STS as last weekend I went out for drinkies Friday evening, ate party food and cake on Saturday, and had a yummy TGI Friday's meal and cocktails on Sunday :blush:

I was back on track on Monday, and fingers crossed for a loss next week

It's my weigh in day today and managed to lose 2.4lbs. Hopefully another 2 by next Friday!
Well done on STS after eating at TGI's Mandy! I would be really pleased with that.
