March/April Weather & Spring Break Questions

We've never visited Florida in March/April. What kind of weather and tempetures can we expect?

Also, we're going during DD10's Spring Break, March 27-April 5. Easter is April 12th next year.

Is WDW going to be Crazy-Busy?

We have gone the middle 2 weeks of March for the past three years. The weather has been very nice during the day. (Mid 70's to low 80's) During the evening it can get cool. We needed sweatshirts a couple of nights.
It all depends on where you are from if you find this nice weather. To us this is like the summer.(We are from north of toronto in Canada) We actually giggle when we leave the parks late and CM's are wearing mittens and I am only wearing shorts and a t-shirt
Over all I would say the weather is quite pleasant with it being warm-hot during the day with it cooling down in the evenings.

Oh that sounds perfect! We live in Ohio where it can be cold and nasty. March of this year DD10 had her 10th (!!) school snow day.

We usually travel to WDW At Thanksgiving time and this sounds like the same kind of weather...perfect.

And I understand about the cm's wearing their winter clothes. Last Nov. trip we showed up at AK wearing shorts. All the cms were wearing heavy winter coats, gloves, and hats. We were chosen to be the 'First Family' BECAUSE, as the cm said, "You were the only ones wearing shorts...I know you must be from the midwest, like me." Made our clothing choice worth it.

My husband still doesn't know about our planned Spring Break trip. He gets so moody and tired from the winter cold and lack of sun. He may be mad when he finds out I planned this trip without discussing it with him, BUT, he'll appreciate it when he's basking in the warm Florida sun in the middle of winter!
