March AP rates

Does anyone know when the AP and Entertainment rates for March will be available? I called last week and they weren't available yet.

Seems to be a mystery right now. As of yesterday they still were not out. Everyone thought we'd see them 11/1.

I just moved my reservations from arriving April 15 to arriving March 19. I asked about the AP rates and the reservationist said they were all baffled why they were not out yet. Said they had never been this late getting the rates out. But did say they were still expecting them, just later than usual.
