March after St. Patrick's Day?

We are planning a trip for March 18-24....what are your thoughts on crowds and weather? Any big happenings we should be aware of?!?

Based on the information I've been given in the 2015 Calendar of Events thread, it looks like there might be some out-of-state Spring Recesses occurring around the time of St. Patrick's Day and a Cheer Convention (at the Anaheim Convention Center) on the weekend after St. Patrick's Day.
