I found one year that we want around this time that Magic Kingdom was busy, but not the other parks. We also stayed off site with relatives. This also was back in 1994 too.
We will be there the 3rd to the 13th. We are going ahead a couple of days of our All Star Cheerleading Championship. The actual dates of the competition are the 10th to the 13th. We are hoping that most of the springbreak crowds arrive the next week (and looking at the park hours, I think I am right).
I'm planning on early March too: the 4th to the 11th
Very excited!
Are you looking at last years park hours, or is there a "rough plan" out there somewhere? Trying to plan the itinerary, and using last years hours and hoping they don't change much .
Disney has released park hours through April. You can make your ADRs now, too! There is a link at the top of this page that you can look at park hours.
This is the first time they have released hours this far in advance. Be careful, they are always subject to change. It looks like they are expecting big crowds at the MK on Saturdays?
The UG shows estimated crowd levels at 6 that day - moderately heavy (whatever that means) . I can see the extended hours for MGM - that's probably for ESPN. May wait until the middle of the week for both of those - although really wanted to arrive Sat afternoon and walk up Main Street - might stop by, go somewhere for an early dinner, then come back after dark as the crowds start to thin out. I've heard it's a little better after the first Wishes.
Running on adrenalin! We'll probably have to plan for a little later start the next day than I had planned, but I've heard Magic Kingdom at night is...Magic !
