I'm doing the document dance and my DH is laughing at me hysterically. I'm not usually this bad of a dancer, but I'm too excited to care.

I started packing yesterday, but will have to go shopping on Saturday. Then there's still the pedicure, etc. to get done too. I'm going to have to consult the list so I don't forget anything. Don't forget about the no taking liquids on the plane too. So much to do and so little time. Pretty soon my DH is going to be calling me White Rabbit.

The number to call is 1-888-325-2500, then pick the reservation option and ask what movies are playing. I was going to wait until next week to do so.

I finally started packing for myself today - which is a good thing, since we leave in 4 more sleeps I think it's all good - just a couple of little things to pick up - snacks for the road, disposable cameras for DS, more q-tips...We've even packed up DS's "entertainment suitcase" for the road (it's filled with movies, GameBoy games, books and CDs)

I also got all the floors washed and dusting done - DH did the bathrooms - just need to finish up with laundry and drop off the dog Friday morning (oh yeah, and go to work for the next three days... !)

My apologies in advance that this was incrediby boring to read - but it will bump us again and didn't somebody famous say that the end justifies the means???

This is not boring. I am envious that you get to start the vacation before us. I am also going into Vacation Mode and don't really want to be at work.

I told her if we decide to jump ship and stay a castaway cay that I don't want any comments from my mother about the messy house I abandoned. DD jumped right in and scrubbed with the hopes that we stay at CC forever.

Gosh I'm in clean mode as well ...trying to get all the laundry done, and I have even braved going into the girls room that's still a work in progress...they are on a dinner break, so I thought I'd check the boards
I too like to have everything in tip top shape before we go

We are now in single digits,9 days before we leave....I keep telling everyone...WASH your hands, and don't touch your mouth, eyes or NOSE!!!!!!! We all have to stay healthy!!!!

If you run out of places to clean, Caro & I can always use some help. I am not sure where most of my warm weather clothes are. I hide them so I don't get too depressed. Now I need them and have to go searching.

I'm feeling guilty cause I haven't cleaned a thing! I'm sure I'll be up all night before we fly to Orlando next week.

Hart - Don't worry! We are obsessive compulsive planners! And if it makes you feel any better, this obsessive compulsive planner hasn't packed either! I am off work tomorrow though and plan to get some stuff done for the trip. No promises of packing or house cleaning though - mostly shopping. I would really really like to have my house cleaned so whichever neighbor is going to feed my cat won't see my house looking so terrible, but I just don't think it is likely....

Caro's tag is recycled. Over on the CB (where Caro & I spend a lot of time ) one of the posters (Hi T&B, ) had a tag of "Drives a Braille Van" and the tag was explained. For reasons known only to the TF, the tags were taken away and Caro had commented that she like the Braille Van tag and then the TF tagged Caro with it. Caro's other tag also came from a CB thread, but I won't go there now.

Not packed; not thinking about it really. Will start on Sunday and hope everything we need is in there when we leave on Thursday morning. I hear there are stores in FLA where we can buy what we forget!
