We just rebooked our cruise to go March 3, 2007!
Who else will be with us? We only have 497 more days! Our DD6 will be celebrating her 8th birthday onboard!(March 5) Who wants to party with us?

Just moved our 10/14/06 out of hurricane season, and out of the octoberfest thread where everyone shares their ailments and day to day aches and pains and trips to the grocery store. We had re-booked on board back on the 4/2/05 Magic, and so carried the on-board booking discount and stateroom credit into this 3/3/07 ressie. Will be the 5th DCL cruise for DW, DS and I, 3rd Eastern on the Magic. DS will turn 11 a few days after the cruise, but we'll do his cake on board anyway. Really looking forward to this cruise. We have 2 RCCL cruises this winter (one w/o DS, and one DS just doesn't know about at all, and won't until we tell him its time to get in the car), but wanted to cruise with Mickey once more before DS got too old.

Welcome aboard! You and your family are quite the cruise veterans! This will be our families 2nd cruise. We went on the 3 day Wonder this past July. Our DD11 will be turning 13 2 weeks after we get back from the cruise.

the most experienced cruiser on this trip will be my DM, who will be on her 1st DCL after being on many HAL cruises over the past 20-25 years or so. She has steadfastly maintained her allegiance to HAL until now, and always declined to go DCL because she did not want to go to a beach location, but prefers her cruises to be a means of travel to desired destinations, such as europe, mediaterranean, etc. But in 2/06 she and one her most longtime friends, like 60 years or so, are going Celebrity to the caribbean, so the northern winters must finally have gotten to her, and she has said she is really looking forward to the idea of cruising DCL, and especially sharing her love of cruising w/ my DS who will be 11. We're watching the budget since we're all doing multiple cruises coming up, so it should be cozy all 4 of us in the cat. 8, but DCL staterooms really are designed to accomodate 4 comfortably (and DS has already agreed to take the upper berth!). now we all just have to live and be well and healthy and everything else good for 16 months!!

if you loved the 3 enough to go for the 7, you will love the 7. We started on the 4 and then went for the 7. the days at sea are peaceful and a great chance to enjoy the ship, no coming and going ashore and stressing about getting back on board in time.

Hi Shipmates!

We booked on our Jan. 2005 cruise, and just switched to this date. This will be our fourth Disney cruise! We are so excited, and our youngest kids will be older so I think they'll enjoy this one even more! We got to start saving - the cost sure has gone up!! I'm so excited to get to know you guys through this thread, and possibly meet up onboard!!!!

By the time we sail, our daughter will be 11, and our sons will be 4 and 5. The time is going to go by so slow!!

We're in!!! We rebooked onboard in July for 10/06, but just transferred that reservation to 03/03/2007. We were a little too worried about hurricanes in October! This will be our family's 2nd Disney cruise, and it will be myself, DH, DD who will be 9 and DS who will be 5. We're so excited!!!

We have early dining right now. We had early on our West Coast Cruise too...but were wondering if late would be better when we travel to Florida since the time difference is 3 hours. Any thoughts?

Weather in Rancho Cucamonga...81 degrees yesterday, 75 degrees today. Beautiful, but not very fall-like! We were planning to go to DL today to do the annual christmas pics with santa, cookie decorating, hot chocolate, and the christmas parade...but I decided to wait until it cools down a bit. It just didn't feel like the christmas season yet!

We had early when we did our 3 day last July. We had been at WDW for 5 nights and were used to it by then. We did not have any problems adjusting either there or back here. I don't know if it really makes a difference.
