We have booked on this cruise for over a year, but just discovering Fish Extender and this discussion board. Would love to participate, if it is not to late to join. To be honest, I am not sure how to get registered for Fish Extender After the crazy snow and ice in Atlanta, and been stuck in my car for over 10.5 hours, I cant wait to go on vacation.

Not too late... We are starting a 3rd group now and you're more than welcome to be on it. You can look at post #75 on this thread for info on joining the group, and what info I need from you to add you. There's also a link there to a page that gives an overview of what a fish extender is.

You can check out the links I posted a few posts up from this one, but the gist of it is you bring something with pockets to hang from the fish right outside your stateroom door. You are assigned a group, and everybody in each group brings a gift of some sort for everyone else in their group. So say your group had 15 staterooms in it including you, you would bring 14 gifts and give one to every stateroom in your group. Everyone else in the group would give you a gift so you'd receive 14 gifts. Gifts are left in the fish extender outside your door, and you walk around and put gifts in other people's fish extenders. That's a really simple example, as most people will get gifts for individuals rather than entire staterooms, but really it's whatever you want to do. Most families will have specially made fish extenders with the names of each individual on a pocket, so everyone has their own pocket to accept gifts. There are hundreds of threads here on disboards, and facebook groups, and posts on pinterest with more FE gift ideas that you'll be able to sort out, so lots of info out there.

Yes, last year we took a picture frame for DD8, and a plain white onesie for our 4 month old son. It worked out very well! You need to supply your own markers with whatever you give them to sign.

I shouldn't need his email for him to join the group. He should be able to follow the link and then request to join. I'll see his request and accept it, and he'll be able to see everything and PM me on FB.

I also sent you a PM here on disboards, maybe if I send it to you first it will let you respond. Look up in the upper right corner of this page and see if it tells you that you have a notification. If you see my note, see if you can reply.

Regardless, even if this takes a few days or a week to sort out, I've got you down on the list so you are definitely part of an FE group!
