We just booked for this week!! Myself, DH,and 3 DD, 5,8,and 10! Can't wait. This will be our second cruise on the beautiful Fantasy

We are so excited to be cruising with y'all too!! It will be myself, DH, and DDs (14 and 8). We are also coming from the Atlanta area. We are 1st timers on the DCL so all the tips you'd like to share would be appreciated. Definitely interested in the fish extenders

We got of our first in January and really enjoyed it. I also had lots of fun with the fish extenders, I hope we can get a group together for it.

People just need to pm me their names and the ages of the kids. Cabin #s are also helpful. I will keep a list on the 1st page.

If you want to do a google spreadsheet or something with everyone's name I can link to it in the opening post. That way you can continue to maintain the list, but we can keep all pertinent info for this cruise in the very first post. I was planning on keeping that one updated with info on travelers, FE, M&M, group excursions, etc.

I wouldn't worry about it then. It's all good, I'll just link down to your post. If, in the future, we determine a need for something more sophisticated we can tackle it then.

Hi All. It's nice to see this board getting activity!

I managed the FE list for 2 of our Disney cruises and it worked out very well. I used an Excel spreadsheet and sorted the list by cabin number so people could divide and conquer, making deliveries by floor. I would be happy to keep track of this with gydell.

I know many people don't like their names, kids names, cabin, etc displayed on the boards and I completely understand that. So PM'ing might work better to protect privacy. Then if everyone can give one main contact person their email (either myself or gydell), the spreadsheet will come right to your personal email with regular updates as we get closer to cruise time.

But! It is nice to look at the first post and see who all is cruising with us! So maybe klepton could keep a list of the DIS names and info people want to disclose of everyone on the cruise on that first post. But, keep a separate, private list, with details, of those who want to participate in FE via spreadsheet that only goes to FE participants.

Hope that makes sense.

I agree, I think we're going to see an influx of new people in the next month or two.

Unless anyone strongly objects, I'd be inclined to let Gydell continue the list of people on this thread, rather than me doing it in the opening post. That way the opening post is organized and lean, really just a TOC to all the pertinent information. I'm already linking to Gydell's list, and will add more links as needed. That way people don't need to scroll through the whole list of people in order to see all the links for FE, M&M, etc. That's only is Gydell is still willing to manage that list, which I would assume so since she volunteered in the first place.

As for FE, I think that's all you Cindy since you have the desire and experience. Whenever you're ready, just make a post with any details, and directions on how to sign up, and I'll link to that from the opening post as well so people can find it easily.

We haven't done a spring break cruise on Disney before, how big do you think the FE group(s) will get? We did the Magic in the January, and it ended up at two groups of 15 cabins a piece, some people did both groups.
