Good Monday Morning DIS Friends!!!
Hope everyone had a great weekend!
DD's opening day ceremonies for Little League got rescheduled from Sat to Sun due to the rain Friday.

So, her Daisy trip to Sahara Sam's (indoor waterpark) on Sunday had to be postponed. Sat. turned out to be a nice day so we got a few things done out in the yard.
DD has a crazy dance/play rehearsal schedule between now and the big recital/play event on May 7.
DS is still active in scouts and is back playing hockey. Instructional program right now and then he starts the in house league on May 8. Looks like he might also get back to playing soccer in the Fall but that is probably only if it does not conflict with hockey.
DS is going to an Aviation Career Academy summer camp for a week as well as a week of scout summer camp. DD may be going to do a summer camp at the zoo and probably also at the Nature Center down at the Jersey shore. Lots of fun things planned.
Dianne - Congratulations on the weight loss.
I've had a little 'hiccup' (

) in my program over the past few months. Nothing major but with the GS cookies and the candy from another fundraiser it was not good having stuff around here. I definitely need to go through the South Beach 2 week Phase 1 program. It really does help get me back on the right track. I was surprised in the past how much of a difference it makes to cravings. Once I start eating some junk food on a regular basis it definitely makes me crave them more. After I do the 2 week phase I do not crave the junk food at all. And, I can have a very small sampling and it does not bother me. I actually do not enjoy the sweets as much so that is good.

I hope to get the house cleaned out of the last of the junk this week. We celebrated DS's birthday last night with family so I can now get rid of all that stuff in the next day or two. Plan on having the kids share the leftover cupcakes and brownies with the neighborhood kids after dinner tonight.
Michael - Hope you get some rest at the end of this job but find a more permanent job real soon...and with better hours.
Mary - Good luck getting back to your walking at lunch and back to the Wii. I was really enjoying our Wii but when the audit came at work I got away from doing it. That mixed with cookies in the house was not a good combination.
I am really excited about the upcoming trip on the SSMC11 but I have not done much to prepare for it. We decided not to do the dining plan for this trip. We are using some of our vacation funds to donate to Japan relief and thought it best to go without the dining plan this time. We were actually considering not doing the
DDP anyway. Seems like we are eating so much more than we normally would and since we are doing the cruise with pretty much unlimited food we choose to do without ADRs for the WDW visits. We made one ADR for breakfast at Wave in Contemporary for the morning we leave to go to cruise. I think we will just wing it on the other days. Eat when we are hungry and not when we have to because of an ADR. Less stress for all of us rushing to get to dinner at a specific time. I think the kids will be much happier this way.
Has anyone ever done the horseback riding or any of those types of activities at Fort Wilderness Campground? If so, was it worth the expense?
How about excursions at CC? Does anyone have any activities that they really enjoyed and would recommend? DS and I did parasailing on the SSMC09 and we loved it. I did the massage at CC and enjoyed that also. I would like to schedule something onboard in the Spa this time. I am also really looking forward to getting some time in the fitness center (hopefully).
In regards to our cruise, does anyone have suggestions for excursions in Nassau? Since I will not have the kids for that trip I will have much more flexibilty in my planning. I was on the
DCL site looking through some of the items but I am really interested in gettng feedback from others who have experience with these activities.
And another question...booking future cruises while on a cruise? Can someone refresh my memory about the advantages of booking a future cruise when onboard? And, how does it work?
Okay, I am trying to multi-task while typing this note and it is time for me to end for now. Busy day ahead!!
Take care and stay tuned for more questions as I think of them.
