Turning her around. It looks like they are pulling her back and that will bring the front of the ship forward towards the dock. Then they will probably push the aft end back towards the dock, turning her 180 degrees. It looks like that's what they are doing - not sure yet though.

Ok, just thinking here, I wonder why they waited until dark to do this. Wouldn't it have been easier in the day light? It looks really cool in the dark but I would think for the ones doing it it would be easier in the day light? But I know nothing about great big ship building.
