March 2017 - second week a good choice for crowd levels?

My AP will run out next April 23 & with Easter hitting mid-April next year, we were going to go in March to get a spring trip in before the Easter crowds. I know there are spring breaks in March. My understanding is the earlier you go in March the lower the crowds - is that true? I don't really want to go the first week of March because I'd rather not be there the first weekend of Flower & Garden - that first weekend seemed crowded this week. Does the second week of March seem like a good choice? Crowd calendars aren't out this early but I need to decide since we're renting DVC points.

I would expect crowds levels to be rising then but not high. It is a spring break time but before F&G so it should be ok.
