Most likely in August, that's when Disney normally releases the next year's rates and packages.

When will pricing be out for March 2014 and when can I book?

The 2014 rates should be out sometime this summer. As the pp said, August is when the rates have been know to come out, but they were released as early as June/July the last 2 years. You can book room only now by calling, which will be quoted the highest rate for 2013 and will automatically be adjusted once the 2014 rates are released. But if you want a package or want to book online, you have to wait until the new rates come out.
