That's a great rate! I just want to say that I hate Alamo's new website.I had an Alamo rental from 3.27 to 4/5 pickup and drop off at the CCC for $335 intermediate. Today, $199 with pick up at MCO and drop off at the CCC! Now, we don't have to wait on ME!! Check out carrentalsavers.com

How do you know it includes CDW coverage?
Do you know anything about the origin of the code?
I would love to hear from someone who has used the Alamo 66777D code.

Same here. Plugging it in, it comes up as "ASSOCIATIONS PL STANDARD." The rates are fantastic, but I'd be afraid I'd need to show some kind of identification that I belong to whatever Associations PL Standard is.

Thanks, gmih1 and Kassidysdad.
I am very grateful for the help!

I just read that if you are an Alamo Insider, your spouse or family member with the same address can be added at no charge. My concern is that you might need to stop at the counter to add them? With this code, I would like to use the Kiosk, just in case. I am also keeping a backup reservation, just in case. Here is the info I found on Mousesavers:
"With Alamo, all additional drivers will pay a daily fee of approximately $10 per day unless they are traveling with relatives who are members of Alamo Insiders or have a Corporate Contract Agreement.
Alamo Insiders members in the United States are allowed to have the following additional drivers without a fee:
Member’s spouse, common law spouse, or domestic partner who has the same address on the driver’s license as the member and who meet normal renter requirements.
Immediate family member, Mother/Father, Son/Daughter, or Brother/Sister who has the same address on the driver’s license as the member and who meet normal renter requirements.
All other additional authorized driver situations are subject to a daily charge. The additional driver can only be added to the contract at the pick up location."

I gave my wives info at the check out gate. I have never used the counter.
gmeh1 said:You can also do this at the kiosk. At the exit gate they will want to see both people and both licenses and what ever other information is requested at the bottom of the ticket you get out of the kiosk. It is better to do this at the kiosk or counter as it does hold up the line at the exit booth and the people who have gone to the kiosk or counter really get annoyed (and take it out on the exit agent) when they have to wait, yet again, to be on their way.
