Planning a trip for Spring Break - probably March 8 - 13 for dd and I. (DH is CPA and can't travel in March)

Just read the "Disney Food Blog" and he has printed a rumor that there is going to be free dining offered for later this year and going into next year. I wonder how far into the new year this may go?? He stressed that it is just a rumor, but that would be good news. Although I would rather have a discount...

Add me to the March 2012 club. Booked yesterday the 4th-10th with the free dining at POFQ. Me, my mom and DS who will be 5 then. We've never been in March before mostly summer and last December. What will the weather be like?

We were originally going to go in 4/29-5/5 but switched to get in on free dining.

We're booked!! March 3-10 at the Polynesian, with the DDP. We opted not to change our dates for Free Dining, as that didn't really work for us and our group. Fingers crossed for a good discount! Anything 25% or more will be a better deal than Free Dining anyways. Now IF nothing is released before the FD deal expires, we MIGHT switch to 1 night room only and then FD the 4th-10th. I doubt we will actually do that, because I'm fairly confident in some sort of room discount, having gone in the Spring, to the Poly 3x before. The others in our group (staying AKL and POR) might do that though.

We booked again! Just went June 24-July 4 but my entire family is going the last week of March and we could not just let them go without us, especially with free dining! The only thing is that they want to stay at values and we became acustomed to moderates queen beds, and the fact that we will have to pay $420 to upgrade to regular dining but if we book a moderate we will only pay $360 and get the regular dining also! Don't get me wrong I like the quick service plan but am disappointed they are eliminating one of the snacks oh well, Disney has changed the dining plan so much since they first started it so I guess it is expected I am looking forward to seeing my neice and nephews excitment so that alone is worth the trip.

Count us in! We are not doing a full week, as we have a 10 day trip planned for this September.. however when my cousins suggested spending 4 days in WDW and 2 in Universal in March how could we say no We have our hotel booked for March 2-11 but we havent decided where we are spending each of our days yet. Have to get through our september trip before we can focus on the next one

I am so excited to be joining this forum..Due to free dining, we are now booked March10-17th at ASMo, going back to where it all started for us. Last trip I was 5 mos pregnant. Not only will this be dd's 1st trip (she'll be 2.5) ds will turn 12 on the 12th of March. So this is all a suprise for him mainly and we will go to Harry Potter for his bd. DD is obsessed with Toy Story, Buzz Lightyear, etc and actually we all loved ASMo when we stayed there 7 years ago so it is a perfect fit and we are looking very forward to a magical trip!

First Disney vacation with family (Me, DH, DS, DS, and DMother) March 4 - 10, 2012 at POR. So excited, also wondering how weather and crowds will be. I have been to Disneyworld one time back in 1985, so this will feel like a first trip for me. My DH, two sons, and mom have never been; can not wait to see thier reaction.

Whoo Hooo!!! We changed our ASMovie reservations to POFQ! I am so excited, free regular diining and QUEEN BEDS!!!!! I am so happy my family agreed to switch! Going the last week of March!
