We are going to DW next March and intend to spend one night at Universal to take advantage of FOTL access. When would be the best time to make our reservation to take advantage of the best rates? Would there be discounts available since we are going 2-3 weeks before Easter? We would like to stay at PBH but I didn't really want to spend more than $150 a night. If I bought a Entertainment book, are those rates available for only 1 night stays? I assume I will have to wait till the 2004 book comes out. Thanks for you help.

I would say you should be able to get the entertainment rate but they arent out yet for 2004. You could make a reservation and keep calling. You can change it when they do become available. Keep a look out on www.hotelkingdom.com also.
