March 1st, April 19th or May 10th, which would you chose?

We are in the process of booking a DCL cruise for 2006 and will stay 4 nights at the Disney Polynesian. My current problem is that the cruise bookings are limiting are choices. This is happening because I got started a little late on the cruise booking and the rooms I want are mostly booked.

So, the question is this. I have the ability to do the WDW portion of my stay on one of the following dates.

March 1-5 2006
April 19-23 2006
May 10-14 2006

Taking into consideration weather and park crowds, which do you think would be the best time to come? We've been to Disney 4 times and have had both crowded times and less crowded and it came really change the overall experience. My concernes for March is the weather (too cool?). I also heard it could be crowded with mid-winter vacations? The April date has me concerned because of it's closeness to Easter.

Oh, we travel with a 7yr old, a 4yr old and a 1.5yr old.

I'd say go March 1st because you'll have the pleasure of our company.

That's the week after most school vacations. In NH that is our vacation week every year and we find the crowds during the week to be quite manageable with them bumping up over the weekend.

The weather is usually pleasant, but it can be a bit cool at times. The kids were in the pool every day this year but the first day was chilly for it in my opinion. It was quite warm the rest of the week.

Looking back at the pics from the same week the year before we were in the pool every day too and it was warm.

I haven't been during the other times so I'll let others comment there.
