We were on the Fantasy last March, it was warm, but not fry-your-feet type hot. It is really slippery on deck though, water shoes would be helpful with that!

sooooo cold again here today. Wishing we left this weekend! I work in an urgent care clinic and we have been sooooo busy and this weekend we upgrade to a new electronic record which is going to be overwhelming for a few weeks. I'm so glad to have dreams of the trip!

Thanks again for all the tips! One question I had...our last trip was June and the deck was so hit we burned our feet. those of you who have cruised in march before do you remember this? Thinking about water shoes...

Hello All!!!

This is our second Disney cruise, and I just learned recently about the FE program from a co-worker, so had to check it out! Would love to join the FE program but understand it may be closed due to the trip is now less than a month away.

Regardless would love to meet other families on our trip and get tips for excursions.We are looking at outside companies for some excursions due to the age restrictions on the Disney excursion - My DS will be a few weeks shy of 5!

Key West - We were thinking of renting some bikes and traveling to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park, we visited the park in October a few years back and it had some amazing snorkeling. Any other beach recommendations?

How does the tendor work on Disney?

I brought my own wine on my first cruise. I used the room glasses but I forgot to bring a quark screw. I wasn't charged a quarking fee but I did tip the room service attendant. Soooooo reminder do brig a screw if you don't want to have room service brig a cheap one.

Sigh...I was trying to keep the FE a secret from DD to make it just an extra magical kind of thing to come back to our room to find goodies. My child is too much like me and has been planning, researching, and list-making. After one of her research episodes, she came up to me and said, "I just read something about something called fish extenders. It looks fun, and I think we should do it." SMH.

Still no Mickey mail today...probably going to call them tomorrow.

Here are some tips from me:
27. Call your credit card company to tell them you'll be out of the country if you think you might buy something in Grand Cayman or Cozumel. We've had problems with just being in a different state and having a charge declined. One of our credit card companies in particular is hyper-secure, and we've had some embarrassing situations out of state when trying to pay for something.
28. If you have Kroger in your area, buy enough Disney gift cards to pay for your excursions, etc. to get the fuel points too (especially if it's 4X fuel points). We enjoyed $1 off gas for several weeks after we did that to pay off our cruise balance.

FE NOTE FOR LATECOMERS

There has been another addition to the list - dreamcatchers.

The list closes Sunday at midnight. Since many of our latecomers are also new to the DIS, don't have a lot of posts and do not have staterooms, please note that you MUST keep in contact with me so that I can let everyone know where to drop off your gifts.
