My husband and I will be on this cruise celebrating our 10th Anniversary. This will be out third Disney cruise and the second time on the dream. We are very excited!

Hooray for fish extenders! I agree with a small group since this will be our first time. Maybe 10 cabins or 15 at most?

We just booked our first cruise (ever). It will be my husband and I and our kids. At cruise time my son will be 13 and my daughter will be 11. I'm super excited, but also nervous since we plan to keep this a surprise until we start our vacation. I had to Google what FE was - I'm interested if there's still room.

I don't think there is an official FE group yet, but I definitely want to do them! Good luck keeping the cruise a surprise; that would be way too hard for me my daughter will be 11 and is looking forward to going to the tween club without her younger siblings. They are boy and girl twins that will be 8.

We failed - told them this morning. I figure at 11 and 13, it would be nice to have their input on events. Maybe our kiddos will meet at the Tween club - my daughter turns 11 in late November.

We're staying on a concierge floor, do you know if that impacts FE participation? I've read some information about gates vs. no gates.

DD13 and I went our first Disney cruise in May and are excited to go with the DH in March!! We did the FE and look forward to doing it again! It doesn't look like a groups been started on Facebook yet, did I miss something? Just want to double check so I can keep an eye out We're starting on our gifts this summer to make sure we're ready! Looking forward to another good trip!

Hello!!

This is our first Disney Cruise, we go to the parks at least once a year and wanted to do something different. I want us to participate in FE and want to make sure we get "signed up" for that. . . we will have 3 adults and 2 kids (ages 8 and 13). What all do I need to do?? I am not sure I completely understand.

Cruise Meet threads are doing just fine still managing meet and FE discussions right here on the DIS as they have since FE began (also here on the DIS).

FE organizers generally need to know how many people (adults/children) are participating in each cabin with child ages for age appropriate gift giving. Other information you would like to share such as names, allergies, favorite characters, etc. is up to you. Other personal information is not really necessary. Those organizing FEs typically ask for the information to be posted in the meet thread or sent to them via PM.

For those posting in this Cruise Meet thread to join a FE, if no one comes forward to organize a FE for this cruise, anyone can organize the FE right in this thread.

We will be on the Dream sailing 3/13/2015. I recently learned that NASA has a launch scheduled for the day before 3/12. Wouldn't it be great if that got moved back a day? Would love to witness one of those.

Anyone ever seen a launch from a Cruise ship??

This will be our first Disney Cruise!! There are 11 of us in 3 state rooms!! More info on the fish extenders please!! We have 5 children with us... Ages 13,22,8,7 and 3 we are all checked in and excursions booked!! So excited!!
