I think I'm starting to have a serious addiction problem....the first thing I do in the morning is check my e-mail to see if there are any responses to our thread ...and if there aren't I start getting all antsy and nervous....and then I have to have my DISboard cruise meet thread fix. And then I'm all

My SafeSea arrived today (finally!) so I am ready to Cruise!!!!

Got dh packed last night (always a major undertaking) and I should be finished with my packing this weekend. We're in line for a major snow storm this weekend so it looks like I will be forced to get things done - since I refuse to venture out in a blizzard . . . well it does depend on how good of a sale Target is having.

I have a question. We're going down a day early and staying at POR. I have my ME luggage tags for that. Then I have my Cruise luggage tags for when we head over to the Port. I do not have tags for when we leave the cruise and head back to POR. Should I have something already or will I get the tags on the ship?

Ricky'sgirl, I don't think we get the sticky luggage tags for the return trip. Only if you are going to a resort afterwards. That way they deliver your luggage to the correct place.

So, yesterday DH went to the doctor...sinus infection. At 2:00am, DS wakes up.....ear infection....DD and I are both already on antibiotics for sinus infections....this is the third round for all of us! We need a vacation to the bahamas....oh wait! We're taking one!

We are going to be on the March 1st cruise with DS who is 4. We are from WI and this is our first Disney Cruise ! We can't wait. We are also doing 4 days at the parks after, at Pop. Is there a meet up scheduled???

Hey gang,

Playing catch up as usual

We are finishing up packing this weekend so we should be all set. Next week is gonna take FOREVER !!!

So, yesterday DH went to the doctor...sinus infection. At 2:00am, DS wakes up.....ear infection....DD and I are both already on antibiotics for sinus infections....this is the third round for all of us! We need a vacation to the bahamas....oh wait! We're taking one!

My DD's have been sniffling and my DW is getting over bronchitis. I told them all if I am sick when we go on this trip I was gonna throw them all overboard

As for our excursions, we are doing the Atlantis tour with a stop by the casino in Nassau and on CC we are doing the snorkeling, sting rays, paddle boats and the DW and I are sneaking away and going for a bike ride through the island for a little us time. Other than that we are open for whatever.

As for the meet and greet, we will be there. It will be hard to miss us. We will be the obnoxiously loud group of 10 with 1 lady in a wheelchair. Trust me, you shouldn't be able to miss us

If you check out my Myspace page and look through the Christmas 2008 pics then you will see what kind of a mess of a family you are in for because that's pretty much the crew that is going

PoppyGirl have you tried using NeilMed Sinus Rinses (Neti Pot)? It's a saline sinus rinse. DH and I found great relief from our sinus infections when we used it last month. You can find it at your local pharmacy. No Rx is needed.

I am beginning to think this is never going to happen. I can't do another 7 days! It is driving me crazy, I packed so long ago I don't even know what's in our suitcase. My clothes are probably out of style they have been packed so long! AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!I need my Vacation!!!!!

hahahaha I feel the same way...I have to keep telling myself that I have packed enough! We will not run out of clothes...we will not run out of clothes. Yesterday I counted our underwear again! Thank goodness we leave on Tuesday! Otherwise I think I'd need to be admitted somewhere!

On another note, DS no longer has a fever and I think his meds are working. Anyone ever heard of an ear infection that appears like a honeycomb? That's what the doc told me yesterday. It's like pockets of fluid surronded by infection. He has to miss a competition today which he's worked toward since September, but we are all taking it in stride. We've done all we can....best to just let it go now.

So, since I'm home AGAIN all day today, I'll probably obsess over packing (Oh my gosh I have NEVER been this organized on a trip before!) some more and watch movies with DS.

DS woke up with upset stomach last night - it was a long night cleaning up puke. I am glad he has it now and not on vacation... Also got 8 inches of snow last night - can't wait to get in warm weather!!!

I've never been so obsessed with packing clothes! I'm giving myself a major headache. It's not like you can run out and buy something when you're in the middle of the ocean.

I'm finishing packing today and tucking the suitcases away out of sight. If I've forgotten something I'm past the point of caring . . . well not really but I'll deal with it.

PoppyGirl since you're the first of our group to leave I just wanted to wish you a Bon Voyage! Warn the good folks at Disney that they're about to be invaded by a bunch of vacation starved DISer's. We are ready to Party!

No one in my family knows so I'm just going to be like, ""HEY! Look--it's Steph!" And they are all going to be so thrilled to run into someone we know!

Well, it is 10:30 p.m. and I just drove through a blizzard to Walmart! My son has been up for 2 hrs. coughing and I needed to get something to give him. Why do bad things happen to good people like us? All we wanted to do was go on Vacation! It seems like every family on here has a sick person right now, it's just not right! I am bummed and don't know what to do, I hope he get's better!
