We are taking the Disney transfer from the Orlando airport, so I'm not sure what time we'll be there. I thought I remember reading that the transfers don't start until 9:00, which would not put us at the port by 10. Sorry!

Jennifer - Our rooms aren't too far away - we are in 2652. Maybe we'll meet up later. I saw your photo on your website - if I can find it, I'll send a photo of my DH's doorsign, which has all our photos on it.

We'll be coming from AKL that morning and currently I have pick up time for 10:30 but I am going to call our car company and change it to probably 9:30. I'll be on the lookout for you guys! I will be traveling with my dh and only 2 of my 3 boys. The baby is staying with grandma and grandaddy!

Would love to meet you guys. I use an ECV at Disney World Bad knees won't keep up. We are in 7001. Can't make the 10 AM meet since our flight dosen't get in til 11. Maybe we can all set something up onboard. This is our first cruise and I have my passporter memorized.

Hi!!

We leave Friday, February 23rd (next Friday 6 days!) for Las Vegas, to fly out to Atlanta, then to drive to Orlando. We'll be spending 4 days in Orlando before the cruise.

I was hoping to get the family to the terminal early too!
I have a DS (10) who will be 11 on the 22nd of March and a DD (8) as well as DH and myself.

We're packing a bit on the light side too, although my Mom made us incredible pirate costumes to use on board and at the Pirate and the Princess Party March 5th.

I still need to pick out a dress. I have a crinkly one that would travel well, but isn't exactly dressy I could wear. March 3rd is our night at Palo too, so the kids are excited about spending the evning in the Lab.

We told them last night about doing WDW after the cruise. They were stunned!

Anyone interested in a cove cafe meet? I doubt I'll get off the ship in Nassau. I'm flexible in terms of time, probably prefer morning, but whenever...

We aren't sure what we are doing in Nassau. My husband and daughters want to find a beach to hang out on. I want to wander and do a bit of shopping.

We are late dinner seating, and are probably going to be skipping most of the shows.

We are flexible to meeting whenever, so just let me know!

I started packing! Woohoo! lol Since we are on land from 2/25 til morn of 3/1 I had a ton to pack. At least it feels like a ton! I have the boys' clothes packed. I packed their outfits for each day in gallon size ziploc bags. And then kind of vacuum sealed them. It's going to be so much simpler for them to get dressed every morning!!!

I packed, but once I put all our stuff together (DH, DD & me) we had too much! We're taking late-night flights, and there's no way we can haul lots of heavy suitcases and a sleeping 4 year-old! :

So now I'm going to try and eliminate some things and re-pack. I'm stuck on "formal" night - my heels are taking up too much space, but I don't have a nice enough dress that I can wear with sandals. Guess no one will kick me out of the dining room for having a sundress on!

The gallon ziploc idea is a good one for kids, I'll have to try it.

Have we decided about a time/place to meet?

I will still be at the ship model in the terminal with my girls around 10:00. Both girls are looking forward to swimming and free ice cream (probably the most expensive "free" ice cream in the world ) and they would enjoy meeting new friends to share in the fun!

Well, it took us 3 hours, but we finally got our picture inserted into the signature! It's 2 years old, but I think you can still recognize us. We will also have my mom with us.

I never got to meet any of you, but was wondering how everyone's trip was? We made it back late last night. I'm catching up on laundry today! A full week of clothes for 4 people! No fun!

We had a blast though!

I guess we were all too shy to meet. . .

I caught myself looking around the crowds at the port for bright green shirts or other "tell tale" signs of DISboard-ness. . . but all I saw were excited passengers. . . (And Minnie and Mickey). . .

After two more days at the parks, we finally made it back in time for snow and cold weather. . .

But the cruise has given us memories for a lifetime . . . (which incidentally is how long it will take to pay off the credit card for the photos and souvenirs. . .)

Sadly I came down with some sort of upper respiratory infection and have been feeling ill since Sunday morning.. But at least I had the good sense to not get sick until after I got off the ship. . .

I’ll be posting a review in the coming days .. And will hopefully get some photos on-line soon too . . .
