March 07 DL Trip with 2 kids under 3

Monorail is shut down at times when they need to work on the new Finding Nemo ride. It was closed for most of last fall- or in "shuttle" mode. So right now it is opened, but on a "wait and see" mode.

I have 4 year old twins. We went to WDW when they were 2, 3 and DL at 3 1/2. I think they had much more fun at DL. When we went it was not busy and they loved Fantasy Land so much more there. They loved the Minnie b-fast and the Princess lunch. I cannot wait to take them back.
