I'd assume yes... if you plan on coming via TTC however DSis and I did the tour a year ago and almost missed it cause monorails were down and it took forever to finally move a ferry to the loading dock

I'd recommend you be out at the bus stop a little before 6:30 in order to catch the first bus. An alternative would be to take a cab to the Contemporary Resort, and then walk to the MK.

We're doing this tour in September but will be staying at Bay Lake Tower. I'm really excited about it.

Take a cab to the Contemporary to be safe and walk over
