I finally got my book, Marathoning for Mortals from Amazon. The training program looks great but I'm going to get my endurance up a little before attempting the running or run/walk program.
What does everybody do for crosstraining? Right now I do strengthtraining (les mills bodypump at the gym) and pilates (gym and DVD at home). Hopefully, I'll get to swim this summer, although I'm not very good at it.
Does anyone have any additional suggestions?
