1) I read before that you can buy a voucher or something like that at the expo for the official photographs did anyone get this and can you still buy it now?

Yes! It's $75 for $100 in a gift certificate at MarathonFoto. HOWEVER - I had some coupons or credits or whatever that I'd received from some race that I hadn't used, so it only cost me $60 for this offer.

If you're running Dopey, a CD with ALL of the images containing your bib number AND the stock photos/videos is $108. So, basically, you're paying $83 (or $68) for every photo from the weekend compared to $29.95 a picture. I can't remember what the coupon code was, but they have a bunch of iPads right there for you to purchase the gift certificate on. It was super easy when I did it yesterday - I was able to do that in the time it took my husband to get his 10K bib and t-shirt.

Can I stay at Wilderness Lodge and still get the complimentary transportation to the race? What day is the 5k usually held on? Any other info very appreciated!!!

1. Be ready to go about 5-10 minutes before Noon, because there are limited 5K spots and it WILL sell out within minutes on early registration, and probably within 30 minutes on regular registration. If you can't make those times, you might look at booking in advance with a Travel Agent - it usually requires a hotel stay, but if you're planning to stay at a hotel anyway, you can kill two birds with one stone.
2. It was $65 + fees this year, but expect that to go up anywhere between $10-20 next year like most of these races have been doing.
3. Yes, all resorts are host hotels for Marathon Weekend.
4. 5K will be on Thursday - it's the kickoff race for Marathon Weekend.

Ye we were there really early and it felt like an eternity waiting to start, world showcase was over in a flash... we spent longer in the dopey line at the end than anything else buy wanted to get that photo out of the way!

Had a nice run out of corral B this morning. I created my own sauna with my Eeyore onesie; was really fun to run in costume, but I was glad it was only 3.1 miles. Or rather 3.35 as I continue to be a non-tangent terror on the course.

Apologies to @roxymama for being my socially awkward, introverted self this morning. It was nice meeting someone else from the boards.

On to the 10K tomorrow. Oh no, just realized I should already be sleeping.

OMG what a day! Left house at 5am.Due to various transportation issues, didn't get to bib pick up until almost 1:30. Just after get my bib, DS school calls and they think he's got a broken arm. Made it to Jostens to actually get my shirt and expo around 3:30 after coordinating medical care. And by 7pm it's confirmed broken. Finally got into hotel room at 8pm. First day of vacation is a bust. It can only go up from here.

Sorry I disappeared for a few days but had trouble logging in to the boards from my phone finally got it straight.

Congrats to everyone who ran this morning we had a good time though we spent more time dragging my MIL (not a runner) than we did running hit we had fun and she finished that's what matters will have to wait till I get back to share pics as my phone is not cooperating

We also did the kids race with our 4 year old he had so much fun and was so proud of his medal

Just had my husband try on his tiny, red McFarland runner shorts in prep for tomorrow. He even grew out a mustache to go with the bit! It's going to be a good, good day.

And then when the run is done, I get to start airport runs for all of my favorite people coming in for the weekend!!

How can I go to sleep - it's like Run Christmas!!

Anybody go to the Expo today? How's merchandise looking? I don't land until tomorrow afternoon and I am worried I will miss out on my marathon merchandise!

I was there today for Mickey mile but didn't stop into the actual merchandise area. New balance wasn't very crowded and everything seemed a lot less busy than the first day.

This is likely my last detailed weather update because we are leaving early tomorrow morning and I am to lazy to type all of this in my phone. Based on this report, it looks like the half may avoid the showers and the rain could be out of here before the start of the marathon. I would also guess the 63 on Saturday will feel a bit different than the 63 on Sunday after the front moves through. Monday will be nice and chilly for everyone spending the day in the parks and/or DATW.

Based on those temps for Monday it will still be considered warm from me. I'll be in shorts. It has been in the single digits up here most of the week so 50' will be balmy.
