What do you do with the juice?

DD loves these so much that Santa leaves her a jar in her stocking. We use the juice to make pink lemonade.

I think it is good to pour over ham and bake with some pineapple.

I do have to tell my story about the first time I tried almond cookies and got excited because they tasted just like maraschino cherries... only to find out that maraschino cherries actually are flavored with almond so it's really the other way around

when we were kids and had fruit cocktail we would fight over the two or three bits of cherry in the can. Now they have extra cherry and my kids could care less.

I love them! I eat them staight out of the jar. I use the leftover juice to add flavor shots to diet coke.
