Usually not for lunch, but yes for dinner. It really depends on when you are going and what time you want to eat.

I always make one for dinner. And DW and I love the place!

I would try to go to Guest Relations/Services on the morning of the day you want to eat there, or call WDW Dining from a resort or cell phone to see if any ADRs are available. We were able to get an ADR at the last minute for dinner a year or so ago, and we really liked it!
