Mara African Stew

So . . . help me out here. What is this stew? Is it beef, or fish, or lamb? What veggies are in it? My wife and I love stew, and are thinking of going to try it, but we're just wondering what it is.

I had it on my last trip and really enjoyed it. It's got several types of meat in it... chicken and sausage, maybe? The cast member taking your order can tell you. It's got a peanut-y base that's a little bit spicy and a little bit sweet. As for veggies, I remember peppers and corn, primarily.

It's also served in a bread bowl. It's very tasty.

Oh, I have to try this when we are at AKL in October. Stew followed by Zebra Domes sounds heavenly.
