I love the maps that easy WDW have. I use them religiously for planning my WDW days.

The maps I have found for Busch /sea world are all blah. Anyone have a good source for maps of these parks? Trying to get a little loose plan ready for these days.

if you need maps for Busch and Sea World, i would try googling them.

since you are in the SW forum, use the search button to find any postings of maps.

Yeah I did Google. Didn't find what I was looking for so I posted here :)

I'm looking for something similar to what easy WDW has done with the WDW maps ...

You may not find anything that detailed for the SW parks, simply because a day at SeaWorld doesn't generally require the super-planning that a Disney day does. That's either going to be a good thing (yay! No need for a minute-by-minute touring plan!) or a bad thing (if you really LIKE having a minute-by-minute touring plan, LOL!).

Lol. I'm hoping it's a good thing but I have to admit, I'm struggling with not having a detailed plan of action.

commando much? lol jk I used to feel the same way but park is easy to navigate vs WDW-centric trip

SW does have an app that has interactive park map

UT and touring plans have lots of info. Unofficial Guide Beyond the parks another good source in planning a visit

I contacted BG a month or so ago about their online map and they said it is up to date. I won't be going as they have a lot of smoking areas and they appear to be in the main pathways without another route to avoid them.

So many parks have designated smoking areas and not many of them are in locations that bother others

This is a good thing as I rather avoid the smoke

I haven't been to BG lately so this new info for me

If they enforced smoking in designated areas only, would that change your mind on going there?

Last time I was there, smoking wasn't an issue.

I'm finding more public places have been good for restricting the no smoking areas

I asked them if the map was correct and the smoking areas were where they were on the map. They said the map was correct. I won't risk my life to visit a park, especially when I am travelling with my niece. Every single smoking area appears to be in the main pathways without any way to get to the other parts of the park without walking right past them. If this is not the case then who ever responded to my e-mail wasn't very helpful as I mentioned that I was allergic to smoke and would have an asthma attack if I breathe in the smallest amount.

I left off the e-mail saying I guess I won't be going to their park if the smoking areas are in the main pathways.

I had two asthma attacks at DCA last time I was there. The first one I ran past the smoking area in Paradise Pier (as far away as I could get from the smoking area). Still had an asthma attack. They were going to take me to the hospital but my mom said I would be fine with the oxygen they gave me. The second one happened when I went down to lock up my backpack so I could ride Grizzly River Run. Someone was smoking down there and as soon as I saw him I turned around and ran back up to the FP machines where there was a CM. I quickly grabbed my inhalers and started using them. The CM went down and told the man to put out his cigarette and then he had to call for First Aid to come. They didn't even hesitate to call for an ambulance. I was rushed out through GCH to the waiting ambulance. My mom got a call from someone at Disney saying they were taking me to the hospital. She was back at the hotel with both my nieces.

squirrel - odd, thought the designated areas were located in an expanded area off to the side of the pathways - sort of a half circle type area? At least that's how i remember seeing them last visit. However, if highly allergic and wind is blowing, see your problem. Do you have a mask that would help filter the air?

fyi WDW was very lax as to enforcing smoking areas our last trip (Feb/March).

shocked to see more than a few people casually smoking away, standing off to side of walkways in Epcot & MGM:confused3. Designated smoking areas weren't that far away either, just odd. Perhaps ESL type of thing vs pure ignorance.

It is a good thing you contacted them and found out before making plans to do that park!

Your health is a priority
Totally understand why you won't be at that park on your future visit

Disney isn't great at enforcing their own rules. I have talked to quite a few CM's to let them know people were smoking where they shouldn't be. As you can see in my signature the last trip to WDW my niece and I were upgraded to BC as I was only at Pop for about 4 hours and had 3 asthma attacks since people like to break the rules and smoke wherever they please. Did not have a single asthma attack while at BC for 14 nights. At DL they moved the smoking area (near BTMR) up closer to the restaurant and washrooms. We sat down to eat outside, I smelt smoke and grabbed all my stuff (backpack and lunch) and moved without saying a word. I knew if I told my mom and nieces even smoke, I would end up having an asthma attack. They figured it out and came and found me.

No mask, but I have often thought I should be carrying around an oxygen tank.
