That's very helpful. It looks like the Congress Park area is more secluded. I think i'll put a request in for that area. We like that feeling of seclusion. I hope they have dedicated 2 BR villas there.

What is a DEDICATED two BR?

there are 2 kinds of 2 bedroom villas at SSR:
-- dedicated 2 bedrooms
-- lock off 2 bedrooms

The lock off 2 bedroom, is a 2 bedroom villa that is the combination of a 1 bedroom villa and a studio combined together (in other words, they can be rented as a 1 BR and a studio, or as a 2 bedroom)

The dedicated 2 bedroom, is only a 2 bedroom (it's not the combination of a 1 bedroom and a studio).

It's my understanding that the main difference at SSR is that the studios have one double bed and a pull out sofa.
So if you have a lock off 2 BR, in one of the bedrooms (the studio part) you will only have one double bed and one pull out sofa).

In the dedicated 2 bedroom, the second bedroom will have 2 double beds.
Since I have 2 kids (a 20 year old girl and an 18 year old boy) I need 2 beds, one for each.

Correct, except that the beds you mention are Queens, not doubles (one in a lockoff, two in a dedicated).

You also get a lot more closet space in a dedicated 2B. The dedicated has a large closet in the second bedroom in the space occupied by the kitchenette in a lockoff. I believe there is also closet space in the location where the exterior entrance door would be in a lockoff.

There are a few advantages to a lockoff, depending upon your circumstances. A lockoff would have two balconies--one off the living room and another off of the "studio" bedroom. Dedicated just has one balcony. A lockoff also has two thermostats vs. one for a dedicated unit. And the lockoff has two different exterior entrances, which can be a nice convenience if you have folks staying in that second bedroom which might be keeping their own hours.
