map of resort locations

Can anyone tell me where to get a map of the resort locations compared to the park locations? We are doing some park hopping for ADRS and am looking to figure out how to easiest get from one place to the other. For instance, we are in HS but have ADRs at Coral Reef in Epcot. Thinking about taking the bus to an EPcot resort and then water transport or walking if possible to Epcot. But I'm not sure which resort to bus to.
We are doing this several times this trip and I figured if I could find a maps of where each resort is in the "world" then it would make planning much easier. Thanks!!

I recommend Google Maps if you want to know physically what is nearby what. I don't think anyone has a map that specifically shows how the transportation goes or how many spots is in each resort (adds to time).. @Robo would be your best hope here

Directly from HS you can walk (there is a walkway to international gateway via the couple resorts inbetween) boat to the international gateway or bus to the front of epcot. For coral reef I'd probably bus unless you have the time for the boat (which might take some time for a boat if the line is longer and then you have to walk back to the front for the restaurant).

Park to park there is buses (monorail between epcot and mk).
Park to disney springs there is buses after 4pm.
Disney springs to park there is no transportation so you have to hop via another resort / taxi / uber / lyft it between.
Resort to resort there is no transportation so you generally hop via a park near you or a park near where your going but again bus routes may not be as direct as you would think. (or taxi, uber, etc)

FYI - the My Disney Exoerience app added a travel feature where you can input a destination and it will tell you how to get there

You look up the thing you want to get too and there is a directions or similar button (I think, I've seen it never used it). so in your case, find the restaurant (easy, just click on your adr) and there should be a get me there type button. I'm not sure if it works off property though.
