Where can I find a map which shows the location of all the resorts in relationship to the parks?

Go to Disney's website, and click on the Map button. It'll bring up just the sort of map you're requesting, except you can click on items and it brings up a map of that item.

You can also try Google's maps site and click on satellite view. This will provide a real bird's eye view of WDW.
