Map of DTD hotels and a few?

Can someone direct me to a map that shows where the DTD hotels are located? I would like to find out which one is closest to DTD, which has the best pool and which is considered the overall best DTD hotel? Thanks!

Then choose Walt Disney World Resort
Then click on Downtown Disney (Hotel Plaza Blvd)
They give reviews etc.
The Hilton is across the street from DTD and offers Extra Magic Hour advantage. The Grosvenor is also directly across the street from DTD.
Any hotel on Hotel Plaza Blvd. is in walking distance to DTD, off-site restaurants and grocery stores.

hilton is definitely the best.

that say.

you can sometimes get the Best Western for $59 (which beats the WDW values resorts).

otherwise I would go with a value resort.

WHY?

you get the magical express - WDW will take you back and forth to your hotel from the airport. You get the extra magic hours - both evening and morning. I think the hilton is morning only (not sure about this one - it could be both). package deliver, WDW transportation (the DD have their own bus - one bus to each park but it is a shared bus among the 7 hotels).

now if you have a car and want a nice hotel offsite - there are several in the areas - most are cheaper than the DD hotels.

I think the Wyndham has one of the better pools, a portion of it is "indoor". My kids thought that was so cool.

The closest resort within walking distance of DD is the Grosvenor. All of these resorts use their own bus transportation to the parks. They are coach type, much nicer buses than the regular WDW transportation. But, they drop you off at a different location, so you must remember where to pick it up on the way back to the resort. We love the DD resort locations! I'd stay in any of one of them.
