hi all

going on the fantasy in august!!!! (can hardly wait:) )

a few questions

we're flying in early to go to crystal river to snorkel with the manatees and want to eat at the waffle house - which waffle house is on the way to crystal river from orlanda?

also want to try the shake shack - i know it's crazy busy but which is less crazy busy ?

we're in stateroom 10166 - can we see the fireworks from the balcony in our room?

and last - suggestions for a port adventure in jamiaca (please)

THANKS for all your help!!

2480 E Hwy 50, Clermont, FL 34711 This Waffle house address looks like it would work for you. We don't know anything about the Shake Shack. I Believe you you should be able to see the fireworks from your balcony but will definately be limited and no sound of the accompanying music. Most go for the Dunns River Falls and Bobsled. In Agust be prepared for EXTREME humidity. Wear clothes/shoes to wade up the falls. It is like an hour drive to the location from and back to the port. If more than one ship is in port it can be a hassle to eat and ride bobsled. Very limited seating at the top. Hope this helps some. Have a GREAT trip.

There are 2 Shake Shacks in Orlando. One on International Drive in the heart of the tourist area and one in Winter Park (a suburb just north of downtown Orlando). The Winter Park location will likely be less crowded (though parking there is awful-part of a strip mall) but further away from WDW. The International Drive location is right by the Orlando Eye observation wheel - lots to do in that area.

We did the Tranopy Adventure in Jamaica. You take a chairlift to the top of Mystic Mtn, go zip lining, bobsledding and get a great jerk chicken meal. They also have a pool and water slide that looks out over one of the bay's, I think Ocho Rios. We had a fantastic time.

BTW, hello from another AZ DCL lover!

I highly recommend viewing the Fireworks from deck 11 or 12. To me it really isn't the same without the music.
