I'd be doing my nut if my tickets hadn't arrived within a week

Mind you that's why I tend not to use Travel Agents and book it all independantly myself.

The last time I went through a travel agents was in January when I went snowboarding and at 4:58pm on the Friday I was stood in the office refusing to leave until I had the tickets in my hand as I was due to fly at 10am on Saturday morning!!!
